Welcome. I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. I have been providing therapy for over 25 years in various settings including hospitals, community mental health agencies, and schools. In 2006, I started a private practice and have been conducting online sessions for the past 6 years. In therapy, I provide a safe and nurturing environment to explore emotional and challenging issues. I work collaboratively with clients by offering supportive guidance to gain insight, awareness, and understanding. It is through this therapeutic relationship that clients are able to work through difficulties, overcome barriers, and resolve problems leading to increased self-acceptance, personal growth, and well-being. I utilize an integrative treatment approach that incorporates CBT, mindfulness, and insight oriented approaches.

I have been a therapist for thirty years. I am very open, honest and interactive. I graduated from Oregon State University in 1985. I have noticed therapy works, just like everything else in life. What you put into it, you get the outcome out of it. It is about the attitudes, intentions and results. I love my career and everyday is another day to learn through my clients. I like to help clients come to their own solutions, I do make suggestions but they are only suggestions and I often say to trust yourself and examine options as we just stimulated your creativity and you may come up with other ideas. I like to help empower clients so they can reach their goals and desired outcomes from their experiences.
